Restore Health Return Policy

PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS/DRUGS:

As prohibited by law, we cannot accept returns on prescriptions once they have left the pharmacy - unless there was an error on the part of the Pharmacy. PLEASE NOTE: your healthcare provider will not communicate changes to your prescription, adjustments to your therapy, or changes in your personal information with the Pharmacy, you must do this. Failure to notify the Pharmacy of any delivery or address changes, therapy adjustments, or prescription changes does not constitute as an error on the part of the Pharmacy.

All prescription returns must receive authorization by a Restore Health Associate at 1-800-558-7046 (option 1). The delivery packaging must be unopened - opened returned packages cannot be accepted.

If you are in doubt about a shipment you have received, BEFORE you open the delivery packaging, call our toll free number 1-800-558-7046 (option 1) to inquire the contents of the shipment. If the delivery packaging is opened, and the Pharmacy did not make an error, the shipment cannot be returned or refunded.

All authorized returns will be credited upon receipt of the return, less shipping costs. Shipping costs will not be credited unless the shipping error was caused by the Pharmacy.

Failure to notify the Pharmacy of any delivery or address changes, therapy adjustments, or prescription changes does not constitute as an error on the part of the Pharmacy.


 

AUTO-SHIP PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS:

If you are participating in our convenient Auto Ship program, you must call 7-10 business days prior to your ship date to avoid unwanted shipments. (Example: If your next automatic shipment dates is the 15th, you must call with changes 7-10 days before the 15th for those changes to effect the next shipment.) If you are uncertain of your auto ship date, please call our customer care department at 1-800-558-7046 (option 1).

Shipments mailed prior to a change, or hold-request cannot be returned. PLEASE NOTE: your healthcare provider will not communicate changes to your prescription, adjustments to your therapy, or changes in your personal information with the Pharmacy, you must do this. The Auto Ship program is very flexible. We can, at any time 7 to 10 days prior to your ship date, adjust the frequency of your automatic shipments. To do so, call our customer care department toll-free at 1-800-558-7046 (option 1).

RESTORE DIAGNOSTICS TEST KITS: 

If you decide that you would like to return an unused test kit you have purchased, you may return the entire kit within 30 days of purchase. Returns will be credited upon receipt of the kit, less shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee. 

Restore Health Pharmacy can not accept test kits returns purchased at the office of a Healthcare Provider; please contact the office where you purchased the kit regarding their individual return policies.


 

NON-PRESCRIPTIONS ITEMS (Vitamins, Healthcare Supplements, Non-Prescription Products, etc):

We offer a 100% product satisfaction guarantee on all non-prescription products. If for any reason you are not happy with an item, you may return the unused portion of that item within 30 days of purchase for replacement or full refund (less shipping and handling).
