Restore Health Return Policy
It is prohibited by law for Restore Health to accept returns on prescriptions once they have left the pharmacy, unless there was an error on the part of the Pharmacy. Additionally, the outside packaging must be unopened and the prescription return must be authorized by Restore Health Pharmacy. PLEASE NOTE: Your healthcare provider will not communicate changes in your personal information to the Pharmacy. It is your responsibility to communicate this to the Pharmacy. You must also communicate pending prescription changes or adjustments in your therapy to prevent regular refill processing of an outdated prescription. Failure to notify the Pharmacy of any delivery or address changes, therapy adjustments, or prescription changes does not constitute as an error on the part of the Pharmacy. Under these circumstances, we cannot accept or refund these returns.
Complaints must be filed within 30 days of receiving the product. All prescription returns must be authorized by Restore Health Pharmacy. The outside packaging must be unopened; any opened returned packages cannot be accepted or refunded. If you have a question about a received package BEFORE you open the packaging call Customer Care at 1-800-558-7046 (option 1) to inquire about the contents. All authorized returns will be credited upon receipt of the return, less shipping costs. Shipping costs will not be credited unless the shipping error was caused by the Pharmacy.
AUTO-SHIP PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS:
For prescription products to be eligible for Autoship, we require that at least 3 refills are granted by your healthcare provider. Any non-prescription product can be enrolled in Autoship.
The Autoship program is very flexible. We can, at any time prior to your scheduled shipping date, adjust your products or shipping date. However, making frequent monthly adjustments does not constitute as an automatic shipment and you will not be eligible for the benefit of this program.
As an added convenience, you will receive an automatic email reminder approximately 8 days prior to your scheduled ship date. If you need to make any changes to your order or ship date, please contact Customer Care at 800.558.7046 (option 1) or go to www.restorehc.com/autoship. In addition, you will receive an automatic email with tracking information when your order has shipped. You may sign up for these automatic emails by contacting Customer Care or www.restorehc.com/EmailOptIn.
The Return Policy, as described above, applies to all products enrolled in Autoship.
RESTORE DIAGNOSTICS TEST KITS:
If you decide that you would like to return an unused test kit you have purchased, you may return the entire kit within 30 days of purchase. Returns will be credited upon receipt of the kit, less shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.
Restore Health Pharmacy cannot accept test kits returns purchased at the office of a Healthcare Provider; please contact the office where you purchased the kit regarding their individual return policies.
NON-PRESCRIPTIONS ITEMS (Vitamins, Healthcare Supplements, Non-Prescription Products, etc):
We offer a 100% product satisfaction guarantee on all non-prescription products. If for any reason you are not happy with a product, you may return the unused portion within 30 days of purchase for replacement or full refund (less shipping and handling).
